Rhonda Ashkettle
Owner of Fit Studio
Pilates Instructor
A natural athlete, Rhonda has spent her life in and around sports, and has proven that ability as an 8 time national equestrian champion and NCAA athlete where she was point guard for Ashland University's Womens Div II Basketball team. For many athletes, college is the end of the road, but not Rhonda. She parlayed her love of sports into a career that started at Reebok International, LTD, representing their Greg Norman Collection.
Through her own personal journey, Rhonda found her way into the Pilates world and received her accreditation from STOTT in Los Angeles. With family in Florida, and an interest in owning her own studio closer to them and strategically located to the sports and lifestyle she loves most, West Palm Beach and FIT studio was the perfect fit.
Certified in STOTT Pilates, Rhonda also specializes in strength training, body sculpting and toning. Wellness and injury prevention are top of mind in all the programs Rhonda considers and offers at FIT studio.
Mackenzie Scichilone
Master Pilates Instructor and Fitness Trainer
Background
In 2002 after becoming pregnant with daughter Sophia, Mackenzie discovered that Pilates was an excellent way to improve physical health and well being throughout her pregnancy. Gradual, consistent practice led to incredible improvements in flexibility, balance and strength, both before and after childbirth. Her passion for the discipline grew, and she realized it was time for a career change. As master Pilates instructor, FITness trainer and previous owner of FIT studio, Mackenzie is committed to translating her knowledge of Pilates into practical, authentic, workouts and sharing her skill and education with a broad range of clientele.

Yvonne Gibson-Serrette

Background
Yvonne has 24 years of industry experience. Yvonne began her career in 1985 as a personal fitness trainer in various locations throughout South Florida. In 1994 she went on to opened her own fitness studio in Coral Springs called 2 Pro Inc with business partner and husband Julian Gibson-Serrette.
An accomplished competitor for 10 years, Yvonne earned her IFBB pro status at the 1993 National Bodybuilding Championships. She retired with IBFF pro status in 1996. Yvonne relocated to West Palm Beach County in 2004 and now subcontracts both personal fitness training and specialty group classes.

Yvonne is CrossFit certified and is also currently certified as a fitness instructor through the National Health Club Association and as a Johhny G. Spinning Instructor.

Andrea Brouillette
Yoga Instructor & Licensed Massage Therapist
Background
Andrea began her career in fitness as a Massage Therapist in 1994. She went on to earn dual BS degrees at Minnesota State University in Exercise Science and Spanish. Specializing in rehabilitation and traumatic injuries, Andrea has a strong medical background working with chiropractors, acupuncturists and healing touch therapists. She continues to learn and most recently completed an 8 week continuing education Yoga Teacher Training program with the internationally known yoga instructor and author, Doug Swenson.

Becca Hargreaves
Pilates and Fitness Trainer
Background
Becca was born in England and grew up on Rhode Island. She moved to the West Palm area after graduating from Southern Connecticut State University with a BA in psychology and public health. A USAG gymnast, Level 8 State Champion and regional qualifier in 1999, Becca has had a passion for fitness her entire life. She was also a collegiate gymnast, specializing on balance beam and floor exercise and achieved the award of 2006 ECAC Division II Beam Champion. Becca first discovered her love for teaching and coaching while coaching gymnastics for six years. After moving to West Palm Beach she discovered Pilates and appreciated the techniques and strengths of the programming especially as it related to the body's core and neuromuscular movements.

Angel Gutierrez
Professional Fitness Trainer & CPT
Background
Angel has over 10 years experience in the Health and Wellness field. He graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science and holds several respected and well known nationally accredited certifications from ACSM and NSCA. Angels past work experience have taken him from hospital based wellness programs to physical therapy clinics. He has a strong passion for athletics which started at a young age.
Angel has played soccer for his entire life and played soccer for Wellington high school and continued while at the University of Florida playing for several clubs and city leagues. His ability to train a variety of clients ranging from athletes, children, to those with controlled medical conditions makes him a vital member of our team. Angel’s goal is to maximize your genetic potential and allow you to achieve your health and wellness goals.

Julian Marlon Gibson-Serrette

Background
Julian has 24 years of health and fitness expertise. Having been in the business since 1985, he has helped hundreds of people throughout South Florida lose thousands of pounds and improve overall health and well being. Julian was also co-owner of 2 Pro Inc, a personal training studio, with partner and wife Yvonne Gibson-Serrette.

With an Associates Degree in Business Administration Degree from MDCC, Julian went on to earn a P.C.D.I Diploma from the school of Fitness and Nutrition in 1998, and then a PhD of Naturopathic Nutrition from Canterbury University in 2002. In 2003 he earned his Diploma from the Stratford Institute as a Natural Health Consultant. Julian is a Retired I.F.B.B Professional Athlete and holds certifications as an N.H.C.A Certified Personal Trainer and Johnny G. Certified Spinning Instructor.

Andres has been training for the past three years. Originally from Texas he moved to Florida and has been learning new forms of training. Currently in our Pilates program, his skills bring in a fresh new approach to training clients of all ages and fitness levels. Andres is a major fan of Yoga so any questions about yoga ask him.

Richard Wygand
Richard Wygand studied exercise science in Brazil and has been coaching athletes since 2004. He has already run 5 Ironman competitions, 8 half-Ironman races and has been dedicating his time to short triathlons since he moved to USA in 2007. He is an American Coach who uses all his technical/practical knowledge and his personal experience, (as a person who went from fat to fit to reach the level of a Healthy Ironman.)
With his athletes, Richard is always teaching that everything you do or you want to do, depends 99% on hard work and 1% on talent. "You just need to WANT to feel the good vibration in your body, and the consequence is that you will go race better than you ever imagined doing". That's the slogan of the coach Richard Wygand: "Train Smart, Feel Good and then you will go Race Faster."
