Beata came to the United
States in 200 from Poland. Initially she
lived in New York and began her fitness
journey with Karate. She earned a Brown
Belt and 3rd Place in tech Women'd Kickboxing
Challenge of Champions.
In 2003, Beata moved
to West Palm Beach, FL and started training
in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a top American
team as well as attending the Plam Beach
Academy of Health & Beauty from which
she graduated in 2006 with a certification
in Massage Therapy.
In 2007, Beata expanded
her fitness knowledge and experience with
a full year of course work from Fitness
Institute International. She graduated
with Honors as a Certified Personal Training
Specialist. Beata also received her license
in Massage Therapy in 2007.
Beata enjoys helping
people of all fitness levels and takes
pride in her ability to motivate others
through her fun approach based on scientific
principles. Clients will appreciate her
sound knowledge as much as they do her
genuine personality and dedication to
