Get the best of both worlds. Combination of intense calorie burning cardio with indoor cycle mixed with the toning and core workout of Pilates. Melt away fat and work on strength, toning and your abs with FIT Pilates...Result = long lean muscles and reduced body fat. All levels welcome. Tennis shoes are used for cycling.
