Leomar Anzalone - Professional Pilates Trainer

Background

After moving to Palm Beach county in 2001, Leo was a rehabilitation technician at Wellington Regional Medical Center until she had her first child, Alec, in 2003. Leo left the workplace to spend time with her son but she didn’t leave the ‘workout’. She and Alec were regulars at the fitness center where she worked out. Leo lost a remarkable 20 lbs and joined the Pilates revolution to share her skill and passion for wellness with Fit Studio clientele.
