My
goal was to lose body fat, define my muscles
and increase my metabolism. I have read
numerous workout magazines and books over
the years and with all the different opinions
and theories out there, I was totally
confused as to the best way to accomplish
my fitness goals.
After having attended a group consultation
at Fit Studio one evening with my 14 year
old daughter, my confusion turned to clarity.
I took my daughter in the hope that she
would become inspired to make healthy
food choices and obtain an interest in
physical fitness. We both found the consultation
informative and interesting and we especially
liked the small, personal setting of Fit
Studio. When the meeting concluded we
spoke with Sonja and Tony, one of the
trainers at Fit Studio, about our fitness
goals. We later signed up for personal
training sessions with Tony.

We
both lost weight and increased muscle
definition. I feel that the training sessions
were an investment in our future, especially
for my daughter. She is now aware of what
she is putting in her body, she reads
food labels and makes the healthy choice
and I think it has built a foundation
of what will be life long interest in
physical fitness. |
