"I joined FIT studio because I was tired of the usual gym routine and wanted to do something different and challenging. That is exactly what I received. I was also training for my 1st marathon.

I began with cross-fit and pilates workouts with Becca. Becca was able to tailor my workouts according to my needs, depending on where I was in my marathon training, after I sprained my ankle running, and as I got stronger. Becca held me accountable for my marathon training runs, kept me motivated, and always pushed me. Becca also introduced me to deceptively difficult TRX workouts. In 6 months, I lost 12 lbs and decreased my body fat % by 3%.

Now that I have completed my marathon, Becca is adjusting my workouts to meet a different goal. Fortunately, I met Andrés at a friends Christmas party, we chatted and I was impressed with his impromptu presentation. "Ever since I began training with Andres in April of this year, I have developed a whole new enthusiasm towards health. From the start, he made me feel at ease and okay with my own level of strength and endurance. However, quickly motivated me towards my goals of weight loss, strength and better eating habits.

Our sessions seem to fly by and I feel it is because Andres makes exercise fun. We laugh throughout the entire hour and he is able to give me 100% attention. Working out in a private setting automatically creates an environment that is comfortable and less distracting as opposed to the chaotic gym scene. When I’m there for that hour, it’s my much needed “me-time.” My phone is turned off and the world can wait as I give myself that important sixty minutes of stress relief.

I am also a great fan of Bikram yoga and running, and have felt so much stronger at both of them ever since I began my training with Andres. He has given me just the right edge that I needed to take me to the next level. I do not tire as quickly and feel I’m gaining more of the rewards out of both.

Also, never before had I been offered a grocery shopping list, nor a variety of recipes to choose from to create a meal plan to go along with my workout plan. This is what I feel truly sets him apart from other generic trainers. His focus just isn’t on the time we are together, but I also get a lot of encouragement from him outside the studio. Whether it’s a motivational email or a text reminding me not to forget to eat, Andres goes beyond what’s expected.

The bottom line is I have lost pounds and inches and have gained muscle tone and strength and also a very good friendship with a great person. It has been worth all the hard work and time out of my busy schedule."

"After passing our 30's and spending time in and out of the gym we decided to try something different. We needed to jump start our fitness and health routine. Andres’ initial consultation with us was over the phone and in that conversation he asked us questions about our fitness level, eating habits and over all activity level that we never got in an initial membership to a gym. The personal training is exactly what we needed. We didn’t realize prior to coming to his sessions that we were wasting so much time in the gym; day dreaming. We are amazed at how many different exercises: weight, resistant, and aerobic training we pack in 1 hour! Andres has been great at motivating us and he has added some fun competition in our sessions.
